Common Practices
- Precision Only require supplier to offer items in ML for serious selection/buying trip to avoid "Junk" information (General inquiries still sent by email as normal )
- Prevent suppliers duplication Cross check with company name, email address & phone number before add a new supplier
- Create Supplier Profile Send invitation link to supplier for registration_ assign username and password
- Single/Batch Offer Partially submission is allowed and leave the incomplete items in the batch for later submission
